Visiting and praying in Al-Masjid Al-Aqsaa, if possible

Question 23: Under the current agreement between the Arabs and Jews, is it permissible to visit Al-Aqsaa Mosque and offer Salaah (Prayer) in it, in the case of the approval of the Arab countries?

Answer: Visiting Al-Aqsaa Mosque and offering Salaah in it is an act of Sunnah (supererogatory act of worship following the example of the Prophet) to be done if this is possible. Women visiting the grave of the Prophet: Is it permissible?

Question 22: Is it permissible for women to visit the grave of the Prophet (peace be upon him)?

Answer: It is not permissible for them to do so because of the Hadeeths which forbid women from visiting graves and indicate that they are cursed for doing so.
