Sexual intercourse during the daytime in Ramadaan

Question: I had intercourse with my wife during the daytime in Ramadaan. I was told that I have to offer a Kaffaarah (expiation), which is freeing a slave, observing Sawm (Fast) for two consecutive months, or feeding sixty poor people. However, I do not know whether this order of priority of the required Kaffaarah is obligatory to follow or is optional. Please give us a Fatwaa, may Allaah reward you with the best!

Answer: If you intentionally had intercourse with your wife during the daytime in Ramadaan, you have to offer a Kaffaarah – and it is obligatory to follow its order of priority, according to the more correct of the two opinions maintained by scholars. Who should pay Zakah due on grains; the seller or the buyer?

Question 10: A farmer grows barley or wheat and after harvest, he sells it. Who should pay Zakaah (obligatory charity)? A farmer plants barley or wheat and when it grows, he sells it. Who should pay Zakaah? A farmer grows barley or wheat and lets sheep graze on it, should he pay Zakaah? If not, who should pay it?
