Following a particular Mad-hab (school of jurisprudence)

Question 14Is it obligatory for every Muslim to follow a particular Mad-hab (School of Jurisprudence) and exclude all the other Madaahib?

Answer: It is not permissible for a person who is able to derive the ruling and substantiate it to be fanatical about a particular Mad-hab. Rather, they should follow any of the Mad-habs of Ahl-ul-Sunnah (adherents to the Sunnah) as long as it establishes the proof.
