Touching Mus-haf after looking at `Awrah

Question 100Is it permissible for a person to touch the Mus-haf (copy of the Qur’aan) or offer Salaah (Prayer) if it happened that they looked at their `Awrah (parts of the body that must be covered in public) while performing Wudoo’ (ablution)?
