Having sexual intercourse with the wife in the daytime in Ramadaan, then performing Hajj this year

Question: A man had sexual intercourse with his wife several times in the daytime in Ramadaan. He was newly married and this happened some years ago. Then, they performed Hajj and `Umrah (lesser pilgrimage). What is incumbent on them?

Answer: It is incumbent on them to make up for the days on which they had sexual intercourse and to feed a poor person for each day because they delayed making up for those days.
