Does applying ointment or inserting a suppository or the like in woman’s vagina require performing Ghusl ?

Question 121Should a woman perform Ghusl (full ritual bath) if she places her finger into her vagina while making Istinjaa’ (cleansing the private parts with water after urination or defecation), applying ointment,or inserting a pessary; or if a female doctor places her hand or a diagnostic instrument during medical examination? If this happens during the daytime in Ramadaan, should she break her Sawm (Fast) and make up for it later?
