No Saheeh Hadeeth urges to fast the month of Rajab

Question 9:  It is reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) exhorted the youth, saying: Al-Bukhaaree, Saheeh, Book on marriage, no. 5066; Muslim, Saheeh, Book on marriage, no. 1400; Al-Tirmidee, Sunan, Book on marriage, no. 1081; Al-Nasaa’ee, Sunan, Book on marriage, no. 3208; ‘Aboo Daawood, Sunan, Book on marriage, no. 2046; Ibn Maajah, Sunan, Book on marriage, no. 1845; Ahmad, Musnad, vol. 1, p. 432; and Al-Daarimee, Sunan, Book on marriage, no. 2165.… and whoever is not able (to marry), let him observe Sawm (Fasting). Does it mean that one should observe the same Sawm of Ramadaan all through the year, or else this has nothing to do with food and one should just abstain from Haraam (prohibited) matters? Is it reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) observed Sawm during the months of Rajab and Sha‘baan before Ramadaan, the ten days of Dul-Hijjah, and the first day of Muharram?
